Terms and Conditions
- All bouquet prices stated include delivery to UK, long lasting flower preservatives, care instructions, personalised message card and the very freshest of flowers. Vase not included.
- In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, Flower Express reserves the right to substitute flowers or packaging with alternatives of equal or higher value.
- Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Flower Express offers.
- All bouquets are packed in postal boxes and delivered by first class post from Jersey, therefore the actual date of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Please allow three working days for deliveries to be made from date of ordering.
- Orders are despatched two working days prior to the requested delivery date.
- Deliveries to EIRE cost an additional £2.50 postage and can take up to five days to be delivered. We do not despatch orders to EIRE Wednesday-Saturday as they are likely to get delayed at the post office over the weekend. Not all bouquets are suitable for delivery to Eire due to the length of time they are in transit, therefore if you choose a bouquet that we feel is not suitable you will be notified immediately by e-mail or phone. (Freesias, Lilies, Roses are not suitable)
- Flower Express do not deliver to PO Box numbers
- We suggest you obtain the full UK postal address, including postcode before ordering. Flower Express cannot be liable for any delays where a postcode has not been provided, however we will do our best to obtain the postcode ourselves before despatch.
- To ensure that bouquets arrive in time for either Christmas, Mother’s Day or Easter, all bouquets are despatched during the week leading up to the event.
- Guaranteed next day delivery is available for orders to UK for an extra £7.50, please contact us if you require this service.
- Flower Express will accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo. Payment is not automatically taken online, orders are printed daily and payment will be taken as soon as your order has been received and printed.
- All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer. If authorisation is declined by your issuer, we cannot be liable for any delay or non delivery. In these cases we will contact you to inform you immediately.
- If you have reasonable cause for dissatisfaction with any of our products, please call or write to us and we will be happy to discuss your complaint with you.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
